Refund and Returns Policy

At The House of Charithriya Couture, each saree is crafted with care and attention to detail. We strive to ensure that every product you receive meets the highest standards of quality. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.


1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products delivered.

  • To be eligible, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order by email or WhatsApp, along with unboxing images or videos showing the issue.

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.


2. Items Not Eligible for Return
  • Products that have been worn, altered, or washed.

  • Items purchased during sale or discount offers.

  • Color variation due to lighting or screen resolution — as minor variations are natural in handcrafted sarees.


3. Return Process

  2. Share the order details and photos/video evidence of the issue.

  3. Once approved, you will receive return shipping instructions.

  4. After we receive and inspect the item, we will process your exchange or refund as applicable.


4. Refunds
  • Refunds are issued only if a replacement is not available.

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.


5. Exchange Policy

If you prefer an exchange over a refund:

  • You may choose another product of the same or higher value (by paying the difference).

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.


6. Cancellation Policy
  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
